How to create a backlog for TYPO3 projects

The backlog is one of the most powerful tools for Product Owners to plan and manage their products. A good backlog is the key for successful projects. But how do we create such a backlog for TYPO3 projects?

This session will be all about basics for backlog creation, specific TYPO3-related issues and some anti-patterns Product Owners should avoid. We will also discuss the question on how much TYPO3 knowledge a Product Owner should have and how this knowledge can affect the backlog.

The session mainly targets Product Owners, but can be interesting for everyone who participates in the backlog (e.g. developers or UX/UI-designers).
